This 680 MW, dual fuel, peaking plant is an Electric Wholesale Generator that began commercial operations in June 2002. It has a tolling agreement with Reliant Energy Services that expires in June 2012. Waste water from the plant is discharged into an onsite evaporationpercolation pond.
